Sunset Lake (original side) and Sunset Lake Estates are located in the county with no city or town curbside service for leaves or limbs etc. On this side the HOA, by NC law, doesn't have the ability to restrict leaf burning.
Sunset Lake Villages follow the Town of Holly Springs ordinances and are not allowed to burn leaves since they have leaf pick-up services.
